I'm glad you persevere with what you love, do what you can when you can, and try to change tack when things flare up.

I know MS is a complicated disease that is unpredictable even after years of having it. My aunt has it but has been stable for a number of years recently, though has had bad cycles in the past. She knits when she can. My SIL's sister is only 51 but has been wheelchair bound for the past year. She was diagnosed at about 28 years old. I think it is fascinating.. I am sure you read Barbara Brackman's blog- Quilting and fabrics have their own amazing histories. Some of the tales that quilts can tell about their quiltmakers..
Regards,
Annaquiltmom annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01976120921532056369noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13578815.post-6661146446760051402010-05-27T00:21:28.002+01:002010-05-27T00:21:28.002+01:00I'm sending you a big hug! As a recently diagnosed (last February 2009) MS sufferer, I appreciate your post! I have been lucky so far to have minimal symptoms (numbness in my toes now, but which had been my whole leg when diagnosed...). I have an aunt who has had it for over 20 years and climbed Macchu Picchu last year, a real inspiration!

I managed to finish a Dear Jane and continue to make quilts and knit and keep up with two very busy little girls (5 and 7) so can't being doing too badly! I think we all learn to focus on what we still CAN DO rather than what we might not be able to do as well as before, it is the best way to face the challenges I think!

Thanks for continuing to inspire us all with your quilts!!Cathi ONeillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15117317649654651402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13578815.post-35007511142515231512010-05-26T22:42:15.170+01:002010-05-26T22:42:15.170+01:00What a beautiful post. What a beautiful post.*karendianne.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15557033346962825857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13578815.post-31652560303460646952010-05-26T20:25:31.832+01:002010-05-26T20:25:31.832+01:00Stitch a few seams for me!Stitch a few seams for me!Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09035433796631359696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13578815.post-4879569001443763812010-05-26T18:59:32.866+01:002010-05-26T18:59:32.866+01:00Have a fantastic flying fabric day my friend!Have a fantastic flying fabric day my friend!sewkalicohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17134564334653563342noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13578815.post-38000519776297625872010-05-26T17:55:04.189+01:002010-05-26T17:55:04.189+01:00You are an inspiration...I love your posts!
