Sorta Keeping up....

What do I mean by sorta keeping up...well, I have all of a few steps done and part of most of the others. Keep on keeping on is my motto...

I do love the stars that we are making this week. I do them in between making the last few paperpieced string blocks and the last 100 of the hst's...those hst seem to take forever (that is not a whine but a statement of fact...)

Bonnie need not worry that I would have a spoiler post...I am still totally puzzled how this will all come together....

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

i'm plugging along as well, i thought maybe the hst pieces would get attached to the small string squares, on the diagonal, to make a larger square. that's as far as i can think...

I have an idea that I took a picture of, but will wait until after Bonnie reveals the layout to see if I am correct. I lean towards anything I come up with is probably not the way it will be set. I may be caught up by Friday when the next clue comes out.

Congratulations for getting some sewing done. Being born and raised in Ohio, I love your Ohio Star blocks. Hope to finish my last three CW blocks this week, although we have an exchange student from Spain staying with us for a week. Will probably do some Texas tourist things later in the week with him.

You are doing well by my book! Good job!
House has been full of family since Christmas Eve, So I haven't been sewing. Maybe tomorrow.

Your blocks are looking great! I've only just finished Clue 5 this morning (and I'm only making half quantities)! That was the step that seemed to take forever for me :)

Good thing you have an assistant to hold some of the blocks to the floor from the other thief-assistant! I've not joined in yet but am watching everybody who's enjoying the ride so far!

I have to agree the hst did take a long time, and step#5 putting the wings on those little hour glass blocks was time consuming too. Your Ohio star blocks look great.
