Bad photos
I'm reposting a photo of the tic tack toe blocks with cat...even with Brownie taking up her pose it is easier to see the colors of the fabrics! Some strange thing happened as the photo uploaded from my computer...it looked fine on my screen - promise.
I was supposed to participate in a neighborhood yard sale tomorrow morning but due to being behind in all things having to do with life I am not ready. So tonight I made several dozen muffins (banana, apple spice and chocolate chip) to give to my neighbors at 0700 when the whole thing begins. In my family food alway equaled forgiveness!
The piles of books and other stuff I had put aside is going into the Tuscon and going to Goodwill. It is getting bad that they know me by name!
I am going to use the rest of the day to kick back, try a new restaurant, and maybe even quilt a bit! (oh, ya, real life intrudes and I also have to get a passport photo taken...)

Ooh, love the colors, but that's not surprising - I love it when you work with bright colors. And there's my sweetie girl, Brownie. Give her some love for me.
Sorry real life has been giving you problems. You better have quit that job or I'll be giving you problems! It's wonderful to have you back.
Yes, you're going to need all that fabric. Glad you're taking it and the hubby is being good about it.
Now that's better. I really do like that quilt! The colors are great and I really like the block idea. So do you make the 4 patch and then hack it in 2places...sew the strips one way, then hack 2 more times and sew strip on the other way? That pretty much looks like the directions. It's great!
nother cute cat - BTW I love the black & white and bright quilt! Quite fun! (So my colors!)
