Those buildings reminded me of France, then I saw the label, New Orleans! We have really enjoyed our holidays in France during the last couple of years, after a break from visiting there of 20 years.
It reminded me of a Dutch friend impressions whilst in Brazil and saying that all the residents in Rio's shanty town 'looked so happy' and dancing all day long...
